Architect Notes
This vintage home in the Ravenswood Manor Historic District was already full of warmth and character, but an inefficient layout made the second floor less-than-ideal for a growing family. By shifting the balance of spaces and relocating a couple of existing doors, we were able to add a second bathroom above the existing powder room and create a grand master suite.
