El Gallinero is built for both worlds - cleverly designed to expand and contract depending on the number of family members present at any given time. A primary suite on the ground floor is semi-detached from the main house, ready to serve as a brief nightly escape without feeling the need to “open up” the entire home. When friends join a second, smaller suite is called into service. And a series of upstairs bunkrooms spring into action when the full extended family gets together.
