Celeste is a new residential tower located on the peatonal - an emerging pedestrian promenade that links Parque Felipe Motta and Town Center Costa del Este shopping district. It will provide a mix of smaller apartments with high-quality finishes, serving a market of young professionals and smaller families that is typically overlooked in Panama City’s real estate market. Via Chicago joins the design team to focus on crafting a sequence of memorable lobbies and shared amenity spaces throughout the building, with a special emphasis on connecting residents to the park just steps away from their front door.
